At ciklo , we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is here to help.

General Return Conditions:

  1. Return Period: You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

  2. Condition of Products: Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition. Items that have been opened, damaged, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@ciklo.design to obtain a return authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice in your package for ease of processing.

  4. Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

  5. Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full amount of your purchase to the original payment method.

Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return and replacement or full refund, at no extra cost to you.
